I'm looking for a 1 bedroom bachelor style or basement suite (furnished or not). I want to live on my own; I don’t want to share the kitchen or washroom with other tenants. Please note the pictures as examples. I don’t need anything fancy, but it needs to be *clean*. I'm very easy to get along with, have a steady paying job, and I have no problems with pets. I don't smoke. I’m looking for *long-term lease (min 1 year)*. I can pay damage deposit, and first and last month's rent.

I’m only offering **$600*, but I am:

Reliable: Rent will be paid on time, consistently, every month.

Respectful: Your property will be respected, and kept clean.

Mature: I'm a student working towards my Masters in Christian Counseling. I'm not looking for any trouble, just need a quiet place to study.

Contributive: I’m willing to contribute to maintaining the house (shoveling snow, raking leaves etc.).

Safe: I have volunteered for many years and I have my background check if you would like to see for your peace of mind.
