An established non-profit organization located in the SW portion of Calgary is currently looking for a recruiter to be the face of the company and accurately and effectively provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external individuals within the organization. This position is a temporary role for approximately 3 months.

The duties and responsibilities as a recruiter to include; posting jobs, sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing candidates, on-boarding new hires, and working closely with the hiring managers with job requisitions.

You should have strong skills and knowledge of recruitment principals, a high level of customer service skills; a minimum of 3 years' experience. In addition, you must have the ability to maintain confidentiality, time management skills and a high level of attention to detail. You must also be well versed in your communication skills and have the ability to work well within a team and liaise with all levels of the organization.
