Dicta Court Reporting is a busy, fast-paced company currently recruiting a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team immediately. Our office currently consists of three office staff and 21 court reporters. You will be required to multi-task on a minute-to-minute basis, depending on the deadlines on each particular day.
Reception duties including answering a high volume of calls, directing the calls, assisting with client inquiries, ongoing client communication via email and telephone
Accurately inputting and maintaining client bookings into industry-specific scheduling software
Administrative support including daily filing, travel planning, managing office supplies
Other duties as assigned
