We want our team to work together with us to shape the direction of our organization, and help move the oil and gas industry forward in a sustainable way in Canada. We are currently looking for an International Payroll Administrator to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. Role:As an International Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate recording of payroll and transactions to journals, ledgers and other records. This position will work as part of our payroll team but will specifically focus on processing expatriate payroll.   Responsibilities:Processes payroll for professional, unionized and expatriate employees including deductions, accruals and the issuance and processing of timecards. Processes and reconciles payroll records.Performs clerical duties such as document processing, record keeping, report compilation, filing, answering queries, photo-copying, etc.Responds to inquiries from employees regarding payroll related issuesProcesses expatriate payrollCreates, maintains, and updates spreadsheets as required including ad hoc reportingMaintains and update records for control purposesMaintains incoming/outgoing document filesQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience within a Payroll team is requiredTraining, education and/or certification in payroll is requiredExperience in processing expatriate and international payroll is preferredPrevious experience with SAP, PeopleSoft and ADP will be considered an assetSuperior customer service skills, combined with the ability to prioritize and multitask is requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office is requiredExceptional communication and interpersonal skills are requiredMust be authorized to legally work in Canada. Work Environment:This job is located at our modern offices in downtown Calgary.
