Job Description


Responsible for registering, tracking, classifying, distributing electronic, and hard copy documents.

Prepare documentation and submissions required by projects.

Keep track of all documents correspondences and transmissions.

Maintain, update, sort, scan, organize and file all required documents.

Receive and circulate vendor equipment drawings for approval.

Compile and assemble supplier ICE Equipment Data Manuals.

Upload and download files from online project sites.

Provide status updates in bi-weekly/weekly meetings as needed.

Other duties as required.


Have a diploma from a Business Administration program or related experience.

Minimum 1 year in document control administration

Flexibility, adaptability and ability to work in a changing environment.

Works under immediate supervision.

Strong analytical, interpretive, organizational, and problem solving skills.

Ability to handle a high workload, short timelines, and high impact activities.

Possession of effective adaptation and prioritization skills, a high degree of common sense and project/business acumen.

Exceptional communication (written and oral) and people skills.

Keen attention to detail.

Must have exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

Acrobat Adobe PDF – adding/deleting pages, insert text, tagging

Capable of handling several tasks, willingness to learn & strong attention to detail.

Experience in the construction and/or oil and gas industry.
