Work Description:Provide Level 2 End User Desktop Support Support to clients in an Enterprise IT environment, with distributed locations across

Canada.Provide IT support to customers including VIP corporate management supportCreate and review technical documentation/processes as requiredIT Solution Centre support “storefront” IT Service offering which provides Face-to-Face IT support for clients in Calgary.Primary Skills needed:Strong working knowledge of:Microsoft Outlook client support skills/experienceWindows 7(must)Apple iOS device supportRemote client support using RDP UtilitiesActive/Enterprise Directory and SCCMMS Office Suite 2010, Symantec SEP,Cisco VPN remote access (wired and wireless) support.Support remotely with Live Meeting, RDP utilitiesRemedy problem management system
