Rogers Media, Calgary is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to develop creative new business opportunities in radio and maintain existing client relationships.  The Account Manager will report directly to the General Sales Manager in Calgary.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    - Developing new direct advertisement sales for radio.

    - Developing creative and revenue-generating proposals to attract prospective clients.

    - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

    - Providing best in class customer service to new and existing clients.

    - Present innovative sales opportunities to small, medium and large clients.

    - Write professional and comprehensive sales presentations.

    - Manage Salesforce database to efficiently track all sales activity along with client contact information.

    - May be required to attend related marketing and trade shows to foster new relationships and to increase       company profile.

    - Service client base in a professional manner consistent with company values.   Qualifications:     - 3-5 years of media sales experience.

    - Excellent presentation skills both written and verbal.

    - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel

    - Self motivating and results-oriented.

    - Proven sales track record.

    - Working knowledge of radio industry measurement systems and standards is an asset.

    - Working knowledge of Wide Orbit booking system an asset.

    - Must be able to multi task and work with multiple deadlines.

    - Ability to be flexible and work within a changing environment. Schedule: Full Time
