We are presently recruiting for:
Your main role will consist of soliciting and proactive prospecting of new clients from various sources in order to maintain a customer base and meet expected sales targets. Your challenges will include providing sales support by offering solutions to Audio Visual and equipment requirements, preparing quotes/proposals for clients and monitoring installations, after-sales service and account follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
Details of function
Manage sales of Freeman services at the Calgary Branch.
Proactive client prospecting.
Prepare all quotations/proposals for clients
Finalize floor plans and diagrams
Achieve sales targets as determined.
Develop successful customer relations.
Work closely with the Operations team
Coordinate all equipment and labour requirements for confirmed events
Communicate all event information to the crew
Conduct huddle meetings with Techs, Operations, and crew
Give onsite support
Complete Event Evaluations and assist with post event audit, closing, and reports
Follow up with clients on events recently executed.
Attend related industry association functions.
Requirements / Profile
Possess superior sales and customer service ability.
Minimum 3 years of AV experience
Possess superior communication, presentation and time management skills.
